Normally you wouldn't find neither this report nor any of these pictures here. My schedule was simply too full to allow a trip to Berlin. Fortunately my brother went to Berlin and brought back these pictures and the Tiger video. Again special thanks to him for the material.
The ILA (International Aerospace Exhibition) in Berlin had pretty good weather all week long, only the weekend suffered from scattered showers and thunderstorms. Due to this fact, some of the main attractions were cancelled on Saturday, amogst them the Tornado, Phantom and Mig-29. Also the final display of the show, featuring the Patrouille Suisse, didn't make it on film because of heavy rain. Despite these weather related problems I hope this page gives you a small impression of the ILA 2002 in Berlin. |
